Orders & Payments
Placing an order confirms your intent to purchase. Orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or combined once placed. Payments must be completed through the secure payment options available on the website.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 7–10 working days. Delivery timelines after dispatch vary by location and are indicative. Tracking details are shared via email once the order is shipped.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. In the rare case of a damaged product received, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for review.
